Profile Projector and Optical Comparator – QualiPP™ H3015
Profile Projector (also called an Optical Comparator) magnifies part features on-screen for fast, repeatable 2D inspection. QualiPP™ H3015 is a digital horizontal video projector that combines a precision stage, HD camera imaging, programmable LED lighting, and iMeasuring software to support measurement and reporting in QC and R&D.
QualiPP™ H3015 helps teams measure edges, radii, hole locations, angles, slots, and profiles with stable contrast and controlled motion. The platform also supports optional contact probing and 3D measurement software when an upgrade path to contact-based measurement is needed.
