Mounting Press – QualiMount™ 5
The Metallographic Mounting Press model QualiMount™ 5 is designed for mounting irregular specimens, ensuring they are securely fixed according to the required surface specifications. It also helps protect the specimen edges and prevents abrasion. The size of the specimens is limited by the specifications of the Semi-automatic or Automatic Grinder/Polisher. For this reason, this machine is considered essential equipment in any metallographic laboratory.
This automatic mounting press is ideal for metallographic specimens and is compatible with all thermosetting materials due to its efficient cooling system. The machine automatically handles heating temperature, holding time, and applied force. Operators can select from 4 different specification patterns based on the difficulty of the specimens. Additionally, it is capable of processing 2 specimens simultaneously.
