Join us at International Elastomer Conference 2016

International Elastomer Conference is the premier place where customers, suppliers of materials, equipment, tools and services, and educators come together. This event is the one place, one time of year, where you find the best of the best of our industry all under one roof.

Qualitest Showcases its Hydraulic Universal Testing Machines at the Arab Lab Expo

Qualitest’s Universal Testing Machines are designed to meet the highest standards of excellence in the quality control industry. Our QT-HW2 series of Universal Testing Machines are the most popular Hydraulic Frames on the market for testing metal samples, concrete, rebar, tube & pipe, stranded wire, steel bar & plate, fasteners, wood, and high-strength composites.

Introducing Qualitest's Plastic Pipe Cutting and Chamfering Machine

A Pipe Cutting and Chamfering Machine is used for cutting and chamfering large diameter plastic and PVC pipes by pipe manufacturers, quality inspectors and research institutions. A pipe is clasped into position with a pneumatic clamp. Once the clamp is secure, the motor will start automatically with cutting and chamfering done synchronously.

Qualitest Introduces Its Spout Insert and Sealing Machine

A Spout Insert and Sealing Machine is used for the mass production of packages with spouts and heat sealed packages. Plastic spouts are inserted into pouches and sealed for use in detergent refill, juice packaging and other applications. Heat sealing is accomplished by welding a thermoplastic product to another using heat and pressure.

Qualitest is Pleased to Introduce its Ultrasonic Portable Hardness Tester

Companies use several different methods for hardness testing, the most common being Brinell, Rockwell, Vickers, Leeb. However, there are disadvantages to each method: for Rockwell and Brinell, testing may lead to damage on the surface of a sample; for Vickers, only professional technicians are able to carry out tests smoothly; and for Leebs, the testing method is indirect, which may lead to a large deviation when converted to other scales.

Qualitest Introduces Hydrostatic Pressure Tester for Plastic Pipes

If plastic pipes are not made properly, hydrostatic pressure can cause them to burst. To determine the resistance of thermoplastic pipes, a hydrostatic pressure testing system subjects the pipes to constant internal water pressure at a constant temperature. Qualitest's Hydrostatic Pressure Tester provides user-friendly and accurate results to test the strength of thermoplastic pipes.

Qualitest’s Slab Tester Helps Universities to Simulate Intense Environmental Conditions

Universities around the world often need to simulate intense environmental conditions in their laboratories, which allows them to test materials that will be used in the construction of crucial infrastructure. To create the ideal conditions for testing, Qualitest’s Slab tester has the capacity to either freeze or thaw specimens (at temperatures up to -32°C and +40°C) to determine how different temperatures and conditions affect a material’s long-term durability.

Qualitest is pleased to introduce its Charpy Specimen Machine

To determine the notch toughness of steel products, laboratory technicians conduct Charpy impact tests. These tests create V and U notches in a material sample to gauge how much energy it absorbs when fractured.

Qualitest Helps Companies Prevent Corrosion in Manufactured Products

A salt spray test is an inexpensive method to measure how materials and industrial coatings can be broken down over time, improving our understanding of the impact of rust and other types of corrosion. Salt spray testers produce a standardized corrosive environment in order to evaluate the protective properties of products in many industry sectors.

Qualitest Offers Carbon and Sulphur Analyzer with Precise, State of the Art Technology

A Carbon and Sulphur Analyzer is used to analyze the percentage of carbon and sulphur present in a sample. The sample is heated in a furnace in an oxygen rich environment to form carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide and sulphur dioxide which can be measured in the gas stream leaving the furnace.
