The Datagest software serves as the Database Management Tool, a constant companion to all instrument-control programs.
This program empowers you to:
- Choose, filter, print, export, and analyze test results stored across all connected instruments.
- Develop test procedures by defining desired test conditions and expected outcomes.
- Establish tolerance limits for each product, whether manually inputted or derived from statistical analysis (mean and standard deviation) of archived results.

Standard SQL Database:
All programs use a database structured with SQL to store results.
The database can be installed within an SQL instance located on the company server, or alternatively, it can be set up on a PC connected to a measuring instrument. The installation of the Microsoft SQL service (Express version) is included in the package.

Both the instrument and the software have been purposefully designed to enhance seamless integration with various environments.
The SQL-formatted database and the Company_Connect program enable you to synchronize your company's management software with the database. This streamlines test identification, accelerates test recognition, and facilitates the utilization of bar-code readers or similar devices. Our calibration adheres to the ISO 6502-2 standard's specifications. Our comprehensive service includes:
- Routine maintenance of the instrument
- Temperature calibration of the dies at 3 distinct temperatures (177°C, 190°C)
- Time-to-temperature recovery calibration at test initiation (180°C, NEW)
- Torque calibration (at 50 dN*m)
- Calibration of the included torque standard
- Thorough examination with the Standard Compound (NEW)
- Issuance and email delivery of the Calibration Certificate, bearing traceability to primary standards.

Die Oscillation Control
