The Portable Oil Particle Counter QualiOPC™ 400 is designed for field and laboratory measurement of particulate contamination in oils and industrial fluids using the optical light-blocking method. It supports offline testing and optional online sampling, giving maintenance teams a practical tool for fluid cleanliness analysis in workshops, plants, and remote service environments.
This portable system uses a semiconductor laser, a 32-channel particle analysis setup, built-in lithium battery power, and Windows-based control for instrument operation and data handling. The QualiOPC™ 400 built for hydraulic oils, lubricants, transformer oils, turbine oils, aviation fluids, and other industrial liquids where contamination control affects equipment life, system reliability, and maintenance planning.
QualiOPC™ 400 is a portable Oil Particle Counter developed for contamination monitoring of oils and other compatible industrial fluids. It measures the size and concentration of suspended solid particles in liquid media, helping users evaluate fluid cleanliness, identify contamination events, and support preventive maintenance or quality-control programs.
Its compact carry-case format makes it suitable for field service, plant inspections, and mobile testing programs where a bench instrument would be less convenient. The system combines optical light-blocking detection, adjustable sampling control, battery-powered operation, and onboard data handling so results can be generated and stored directly at the test location.
