Sample Cutting Templates for FX Series COF Testers
The Sample Cutting Template Set includes two hand-held templates: one for preparing samples to attach to the COF Tester Block and one for preparing samples to attach to the COF Tester Table.

Calibration Pulley for FX Series COF Testers
The Calibration Pulley & Cable is designed for verifying the calibration of your FX Series COF Tester. It uses the certified weight block provided with your friction tester to ensure accurate calibration of the force gauge.
This fixture is intended solely for verification of force gauge calibration using the certified weight block supplied with the COF Tester. Please note, it is not meant for re-calibrating the force gauge.
Re-calibration of force gauges can be performed by the Qualitest factory or by using a certified calibration weight supplied by Qualitest, along with a calibration instruction bulletin.
Mechanical Grips for FX Series COF, Peel, Seal Testers
Mechanical Grips are designed for peel and seal testing on the FX-7000-VS and FX-7100-VS COF Testers, as well as the FX-7100-VSC COF, Peel, and Seal Testers. One grip is attached to the block provided with your friction tester, and the other is attached to the table.
These mechanical grips can be used with the FX Series COF Testers, including the FX-7100-VSC COF, Peel, and Seal Testers. One grip connects to the block supplied with the tester, while the other connects to the table.
By adding load weights to either side of the friction tester table (as shown in black in the photograph above), the FX-7000-VS, FX-7100-VS, and FX-7100-VSC models can also be used for low-load tensile testing, with a pull force capacity of up to 25 lb.
