ARC Emission Spectrometer QualiAES Features
Efficient Optical Imaging System
The Ebert-Fastic optical system, combined with a three-lens optical path, effectively reduces stray light, eliminates halos and chromatic aberration, lowers background noise, and improves light-gathering capabilities. This ensures excellent resolution, uniform spectral line quality, and retains the advantages of a one-meter grating spectrograph.
- Compact optical structure with high sensitivity
- Excellent image quality and straight focal plane
- Inverted line dispersion rate of 0.64nm/mm
- Theoretical spectral resolution of 0.003nm at 300nm
High-Performance Linear Array CMOS Sensor and High-Speed Acquisition System
- Equipped with a UV-sensitive CMOS sensor, offering high sensitivity, a wide dynamic range, and minimal temperature drift. No need for coating, with no spectrum broadening effect or film aging issues.
- The high-speed multi-CMOS synchronous acquisition and data processing system, built on FPGA technology, not only automates the measurement of analytical element spectral lines but also handles automatic calibration of synchronous spectral lines and background subtraction.
AC and DC Arc Excitation Light Source
This system allows easy switching between AC and DC arc modes. Depending on the type of sample being analyzed, selecting the appropriate excitation mode can improve test accuracy. For non-conductive samples, AC mode is recommended, while DC mode is ideal for conductive samples.
Automatic Electrode Alignment
The upper and lower electrodes automatically move into position based on software parameters. After excitation, the electrodes are removed and replaced with ease, ensuring high alignment precision and simple operation.

Convenient Viewing Window
The patented electrode imaging projection technology provides a clear view of the entire excitation process through the observation window located at the front of the instrument. This allows users to easily monitor the sample's excitation within the chamber, offering valuable insight into the properties and excitation behavior of the sample.
