Battery Module Calorimeter Features
1. A conical smoke collector is positioned directly above the sample, with a base measuring 4000mm x 4000mm. It is constructed from SUS304 stainless steel with a minimum thickness of 3mm. The exhaust pipe is at least 10,000mm long and has a diameter of 600mm. Smoke mixing devices are installed at both ends.
2. The comprehensive measurement area is equipped with pressure probes, three thermocouples, gas sampling probes, and a smoke density measurement system.
3. The smoke density measurement system is attached to the side pipe of the exhaust pipe using a flexible joint. It uses an incandescent lamp with a color temperature of (2900±100)K. The 100% and 0% calibration of the optical measurement components is achieved by closing and opening the white light source, respectively.
4. The 100% calibration is conducted with an unobstructed optical path, without the use of neutral density filters for data fitting.
5. The calibration system uses a sandbox burner filled with gravel ranging from 4mm-8mm in size and sand ranging from 2mm-3mm. The top layer of sand is leveled with the upper edge of the burner.
6. The gas calibration device uses a mass flow controller with a range of at least 0g/s-10g/s and a reading accuracy of no less than 1.5%.
7. The thermal release analyzer system includes gas analyzers, an air pump, a cooling well, and other preprocessing devices.
8. Configuration includes a total hydrocarbon gas analyzer with a preprocessing system.
9. Configuration includes a hydrogen gas analyzer.
10. An online multi-component analysis system is capable of detecting toxic gas components such as CO2, CO, NO2, NO, HCl, HBr, HCN, and HF.
11. Multi-channel temperature acquisition device and thermal radiation flux acquisition device, among other features.
