Coating Thickness Gauge – QualiCTG™ V measures non-magnetic coatings like paint, varnish, enamel, chrome, and galvanizing on ferromagnetic metals such as steel or iron. It also measures non-conductive coatings like paint, anodized layers, or ceramic on non-magnetic metals, including copper, aluminum, die-cast zinc, and brass. The gauge automatically detects the substrate and switches measurement modes accordingly. It is commonly used in manufacturing, metalworking, chemical processing, quality inspection, and related industries.
