This tester is ideal for original-gesture drop tests of mobile phones, tablets, e-readers, telephones, e-dictionaries, and other consumer electronic products.QDT-Semi-Auto Drop Testers for Electronic Products are offered in two variations with below differences:QDT-Semi-Auto-A2 uses support clamps and adsorption device to fix the test sample. Clamps for super small samples, don't have enough area to absorb. Also this model doesn't have the auto turntable. The angle of the sample is controlled by the operator, and there could be deviation due to human factors.QDT-Semi-Auto-A3 supports absorption device only. It has the auto turntable and the machine controls the angle of the sample, while keeping the angle consistent for each test, eliminating human errors. Semi-Auto Drop Tester for Electronic Products Advantages, Structures, and FunctionsAdjustable Drop Height: The machine uses an AC variable-frequency and variable-speed motor plus a synchronous pulley to adjust the drop height range, ensuring durability and reliability.Advanced Control Panel: Equipped with a color LCD touch panel and PLC for motion control, the tester allows for easy setting and resetting of drop cycles. The power-off memory function ensures that all control parameters, including drop, reset, height resetting, number of drops, and count, are retained and managed via the touch panel.Easy Product Input: Operators can simply input the size of the product to be tested via the screen by entering the Length (L), Width (W), Thickness (T), and Diagonal Interval (DI). The tester will automatically raise the product to the set drop height for testing.Automatic Reset: After each drop, the fixture block automatically returns to the set suction height, generally between 600 and 800mm.Versatile Drop Angles: The tester can be set to drop and impact 4 corners, 8 edges, 2 faces, and 2 sides of the product. For irregularly shaped products, custom clamping fixtures can be made for the test.Consistent Impact Gestures: The product is released from a height of around 300mm, ensuring consistent impact gestures on the base.Variety of Drop Bases: The drop bases available include steel plates, marble boards, and wood boards, catering to various testing requirements.Qualitest's Semi-Auto Drop Tester offers advanced features and reliable performance for assessing the durability of electronic products against accidental drops.
