Reliable Height Adjustment
Equipped with a Panasonic servo motor and synchronous pulley system, the drop height adjustment mechanism is built for long-term durability.
Advanced Touch Control Interface
Features an MCGS touch screen and Mitsubishi PLC for action control and settings. Drop height can be entered directly, and the system automatically stops when the target height is reached. The interface handles all functions, including drop height, suction height, reset, drop count, and speed measurement. Power-down memory ensures data is retained after shutdown.
Precision Drop Angles with Vacuum Chuck
Uses a vacuum chuck to securely hold the mobile device. With selectable angles of 0°, 45°, and 90°, it enables accurate edge, corner, and flat surface drops.
Seven Drop Positions with Height Compensation
Offers seven selectable drop locations. The system automatically adjusts the drop height to maintain consistency across different drop points.
Accurate Drop Alignment
Devices are dropped from a height of 300 mm, maintaining alignment close to the set test angle for accurate impact simulation.
Enclosed Safety Structure
Built with an aluminum frame and fully enclosed housing, including a safety door. In automatic mode, tests begin only when the door is closed. The door locks during testing and unlocks only when the cycle is complete. In manual mode, the safety door remains unlocked for flexible operation while still enhancing safety.
Durable Pneumatics
All pneumatic components are high-performance and reliable, ensuring long-term durability and stable operation.
Multiple Drop Surface Options
Compatible with a variety of drop plates, including steel, wood, and marble, to meet international testing standards.
Automatic Drop Count Function

Equipped with a dual vacuum suction device capable of handling products up to 2 kg, this system supports edge, corner, and surface drop testing. It offers three positioning modes—0°, 45°, and 90°—for accurate drop orientation.

Double-Cylinder Clamping Fixture
Features a double-cylinder clamping fixture with a maximum clamping capacity of 5 kg, suitable for edge, corner, and surface drop testing. Supports four positioning modes—0°, 45°, 90°, and 135°—for versatile drop configurations.

Operation Interface Overview

Software Features:

Automatically displays drop speed (m/s) upon test completion.
Three vacuum suction cups can be electrically switched with ease.
After each drop, the system automatically returns to the suction (pickup) position.
Drop height and suction height are adjustable; drop count can be displayed and reset.
Built-in safety door protection enhances operational safety.
