Computer-Controlled Sheet Metal Cupping Testing Machine - QualiCTM™ 60

QualiCTM™ 60 is a high precision sheet metal cupping tester designed for performing cupping formability tests according to the Erichsen test method on sheet metal and strip metal. It evaluates the plastic deformation properties of metal sheets and strips during testing.

The machine conforms to standard ISO 20482 "Metal Materials, Thin Sheet and Strips, Erichsen Cupping Test" and meets the accuracy requirements for cupping testing machines in JJG583-2010. Qualitest also offers a more advanced model, the QualiCTDD™ 60, which can perform deep drawing tests on sheet metals.

Computer-Controlled Sheet Metal Cupping Testing Machine - QualiCTM™ 60 Machine Characteristics:

  • The Cupping Testing Machine features a new structural design that allows for constant speed control.
  • This new Sheet Metal Cupping Testing Machine uses a permanent servo electric motor for speed loading. Additionally, the hydraulic sensor has been replaced by a dyadic sensor, greatly enhancing the precision and accuracy of the penetration value.
  • The cupping value measuring meter is a high-precision grating displacement sensor with a value error accuracy of ≤±0.02mm, improving the machine's controllability and accuracy.
  • Both the hardware configuration and power transmission principle have been significantly improved. The computer control configuration perfects the machine by providing results display, storage, batch processing, and curve drawing capabilities.
