The Super High-Speed Disperser QT-SHSD combines super high-speed dispersion, stirring, and automatic lift distance control. It caters to customer needs for super high-speed dispersion and uniform emulsification, delivering excellent dispersion and emulsification effects along with high efficiency. Moreover, this machine operates via a large touch screen, offering power, convenience, and practicality.

Super High Speed Disperser Features

  • Super high-speed motor: Capable of reaching speeds up to 20,000 rpm, with greater torque, reduced noise, and lower power consumption.
  • Maximum lift distance of 300mm: Equipped with a servo system for precise height feedback in real time.
  • Adjustable dispersing blade height: Allows for accommodation of different sizes of dispersing containers or varying material levels, enhancing safety and usability.
  • Circular stirring motion within set limits: Enhances dispersion efficiency by allowing the dispersing blade to circulate between predefined upper and lower limits, with customizable lift distance and speed.
  • 7-inch touch screen display: Provides real-time display of tip speed, torque ratio, and dispersing blade height.
  • Configurable test parameters: Enables setting of speed, run time, diameter, height, etc.
