Thermal Camera Analyzer (RnD) - QualiTCA™ 64 is a research grade thermal camera analyzer built for labs that need the highest resolution in the QualiTCA analyzer line. A 640×512 thermal sensor pairs with a quick-change macro lens for close inspection of chips, fibers, and other fine materials. A measurement range of -20°C to 550°C (-4°F to 1022°F) covers both ambient material studies and hot component failure analysis. A stable, multi-angle adjustable frame holds the camera steady for repeatable measurements.
The QualiTCA™ 64 supports continuous, real-time monitoring for up to 24 hours, so a long-duration reliability or aging test can run unattended overnight. It connects to an ambient temperature sensor and a load power meter at the same time, correlating voltage, current, and temperature on a single timeline. Tiered accuracy of ±2°C or 2% from -20°C to 120°C, tightening to ±3% above that, keeps readings dependable across the full range. A unique DDE algorithm sharpens the displayed image for a clearer look at fine detail.
The included Professional Edition software records full radiometric video in a proprietary dyv format alongside standard JPG and MP4 output. An operator can pull a temperature reading from any frame after the test is complete. Separate area emissivity settings from 0.1 to 1.0 correct for different materials in the same frame. A working range of -10°C to 55°C suits a typical lab or workshop bench.
