Ultrasonic Extractor Ultrasonicator – QualiUltra™ Ext Series
An Ultrasonicator in the QualiUltra™ Ext Series is a constant-temperature ultrasonic extractor designed for controlled, repeatable solvent-based extraction and reaction support. It combines probe ultrasonics with an intelligent low-temperature/constant-temperature bath so processes can run longer with tighter thermal control. The system is built to improve mixing and mass transfer compared with mechanical stirring alone, which helps shorten extraction time and improve consistency. It is commonly used in chemical and life science labs, universities, and R&D environments.
QualiUltra™ Ext Series contains of 250mL, 500 mL, and 1000 mL options for smaller or larger batches. The control design supports setting ultrasonic power, time, and temperature from the touchscreen, and it logs operating curves for traceability.
QualiUltra™ Ext Series uses focused probe ultrasonics to drive cavitation inside a reaction vessel while a constant-temperature bath stabilizes the process temperature. Real-time frequency tracking helps keep ultrasound output stable when viscosity or load changes during a run. PID temperature control and dual-channel temperature monitoring track both the reaction system and bath temperature in real time.
The platform supports method development and routine processing where extraction yield, particle dispersion, or reaction behavior depends on consistent energy input and temperature. A 7-inch touchscreen plus microcontroller enables direct parameter setup and saves run curves to USB for recordkeeping.
