Main Function:
The Automatic Vickers Hardness Tester, QualiVick-10LC/50LC, uses an aluminum alloy die-casting process for a robust and stable shell, featuring a modern and attractive design. It utilizes a load cell control system and motor-driven vertical loading for the test force, ensuring higher precision and stability. The faster turret speed enhances testing efficiency.
Equipped with a special material lifting shaft and ball screw structure, it provides stability during lifting. The device features an 8-inch high-resolution color touch screen for clear and visual operation. With a digital measuring eyepiece, there is no need to check the table or input the diagonal of the indentation. The eyepiece directly displays the test force, indentation length, dwell time, conversion scale, and time.
Pressing the eyepiece button after measuring the indentation length automatically calculates and displays the hardness value on the screen. Test results, including automatic calculations for maximum, minimum, and average values, can be saved in real time. The data can be selectively deleted and printed, and the device includes an RS232 interface for connecting to a computer. Additionally, it can be equipped with a CCD image automatic measuring system.
Application Range:
The Automatic Vickers Hardness Tester is suitable for testing the hardness of ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, IC thin sections, coatings, ply metals, glass, ceramics, agate, precious stones, thin plastic sections, etc. It applies to hardness testing on the depth and trapezium of carbonized layers and quench-hardened layers.
