Water Vapor Permeability Tester QT-Q303-WVTR Overview:
Discover precision with the Q303-WVTR 3 Station Water Vapor Permeability Tester, also recognized as the Water Vapor Transmission Rate Analyzer. This advanced instrument operates on the weight method, aligning with ASTM E96 and international standards.
Tailored for industries like food, pharmaceuticals, medical equipment, daily chemicals, and photovoltaic electronics, this WVTR Water Vapor Permeability Tester ensures efficient detection for high, medium, and low water vapor barrier materials.

Test Principle:
In the testing process, distilled water is added to a pristine test dish. The pre-processed sample, sealed within the test dish, is placed in the test chamber. Controlled temperature and humidity facilitate the evaporation of distilled water in the test dish. The drying device absorbs the evaporated water vapor through the film. By monitoring the diminishing weight of distilled water in the test dish over time, precise parameters related to the water vapor permeability of the sample are obtained.
