Tensile Tester QTens-Series for Flexible Packaging, Plastic Film and Paper Materials

The QTens-Series benchtop Tensile Testers are popular and budget-friendly single-column machines designed to meet and exceed the requirements of ASTM and other International standards for flexible packaging, plastic film and paper tensile testing. These high performance tensile testers utilize high-precision load cells, ensuring accurate force measurement, stable loading, and extended service life.

The LCD screen and controller of these machines are equipped with professional software, allowing real-time display of test curve data and access to test reports. This makes it convenient and fast for laboratory use. With fully automatic operation, they includes control measurement units and features complete limit protection, overload protection, emergency stop, and other safety functions.

The QTens-Series Tensile Testers are suitable for conducting tensile, peeling, heat-sealing, tearing, and other mechanical performance tests on various plastic film and flexible packaging materials and they are widely used in plastic film, food, and pharmaceutical manufacturing for product quality control, as well as in testing institutions, scientific research, and universities.

The two models from QTens-Series Tensile Testers include:

QTens-I: Entry-level model suitable for testing: Tensile Strength, Peel Strength, Heat Seal Strength and Tear Strength of Flexible Packaging, Film and Paper materials.

QTens-II: More Advanced model of the QTens-Series suitable for testing: Tensile Strength, Puncture Test, Bend Test, Tear Strength. Peel Strength, Shear Test, Heat Seal Strength, Sliding Test, and other Pharmaceutical Packaging materials tests.
